Qualification development - Food and Drink Service
A consortium of awarding bodies, led by City & Guilds is progressing in developing the level 2 Certificate in Food and Drink Service for delivery in September 2009. A working group made up of awarding organisations, employers, learning providers and industry experts will meet in early April. Further work is being undertaken to scope the requirements of a level 1 Food and Drink service qualification which could be developed at the same time.
